Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Version 1.0

This policy explains what personal data SeenCited collects, why, and how to have it deleted. It is written to be readable, not to hide things in clauses.

1. Who we are

SeenCited is a one-person business operated by [Legal name], registered at [address]. For any privacy question, email hello@seencited.com. We answer within two business days.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

We do not sell personal data. We do not add you to a newsletter because you downloaded something. We do not send cold email to addresses collected from this site.

4. Processors we rely on

We use a small set of vendors, each under a data processing agreement: Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), a form provider (form submissions), an analytics provider (aggregate traffic), and model providers (for the analysis we run on public content). A current list is available on request.

5. International transfers

Some vendors process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we will act within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only storage is what the analytics and form tools need to function.

9. Security

Access is limited to the operator, protected by strong authentication. Client data is stored in access-controlled cloud accounts. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirming it.

10. Changes

We update this page when the practice changes, and we change the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are emailed.

This page describes how SeenCited handles data. It is not legal advice for your own business, and it does not replace a signed Data Processing Agreement where one is required.
