These terms cover the Diagnostic, the Visibility Sprint and Monitoring. They are short on purpose: the scope, the price and the exit are all stated, so nothing is negotiated after the invoice.
| Engagement | Deliverable | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic | 10 prompts × 3 engines, 15-page PDF, 20-minute walkthrough | $0 |
| Visibility Sprint | 4 weeks; 50–100 prompts, source audit, 4 rewritten assets, technical fixes, re-measurement report | $2,800 |
| Monitoring | Weekly sampling, monthly report, 2 content assets per month | $1,200 / month |
Sprint: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery. Monitoring: monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days. Card or bank transfer via Stripe. Late payment over 30 days may pause delivery.
Two rounds per deliverable are included. Additional rounds are billed at $150 each and only start after written approval.
We do not guarantee rankings, mentions, citations, or any specific share of voice. Model outputs vary by run, date and user context. We guarantee the method: a documented prompt set, repeated sampling, reported sample size, and fixes applied to the sources the model reads.
If the re-measurement shows no change in mention or citation rate, we run a second four-week cycle at no fee. This applies when the client shipped the agreed changes and the sampling method matches the baseline. The conclusion is based on the written re-measurement report.
Both sides keep the other's non-public information confidential. We sign an NDA and a Data Processing Agreement on request. We do not use your name, logo, or numbers in public material without written permission.
Deliverables become yours on final payment. Our prompts, scripts, templates and internal tooling remain ours. You may reuse the research and content however you like.
Sprint: either side may terminate with 7 days' notice; work completed to date is invoiced pro rata. Monitoring: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice; no penalty, no clawback.
Total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are a plain-language baseline, not legal advice. Have a lawyer in your jurisdiction review them before your first paid engagement, especially the liability, IP and governing-law clauses.
